We take the guesswork out of it by including the perfect braiding hair to bring your vision to life. Think of us as your hair family, here to listen to your ideas and create a braided style that makes you feel confident and radiant. Come relax, let's chat about your dream braids, and make it happen! *Prices vary based on age, length, and amount Before Braid Service Disclaimer: Hair must be clean . Please ensure hair is free of heavy products buildup, leave-in conditioner, oils, edge control, and any existing braids knots prior to your appointment. If braid knots are not remove before service, an additional charge of $25 will be apply for extra time need.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and high-quality service for all clients, please familiarize yourself with our salon's professional policies: Cancellations We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients awaiting services. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your $25 deposit. This policy compensates for the lost appointment opportunity. Late Arrivals We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. A 15-minute grace period is extended for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. Should your arrival exceed 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This is necessary to prevent disruption to subsequent appointments. Repeated Policy Violations Clients who accumulate three or more instances of late arrivals or no-call/no-shows will, unfortunately, no longer be eligible to book future appointments. This policy helps us maintain a reliable and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
